Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For kofta: In bowl take paneer, potatoes, besan chilli powder, salt coriander leaves mix properly make koftas out of it roll in cornflour deep fry till golden.

* Step 2

Now for gravy make paste of tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cashews.

* Step 3

Heat oil in kadhai add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom. and chopped onions fry for some time now add tomato paste add all dry masalas except garam masala Cook till oil separates add curd mix it add salt and kasuri methi,garam masala gravy is ready.

* Step 4

Now take serving pot place koftas pour gravy over it, Sprinkle some coriander leaves. Paneer kofta is ready to gobble
