Polish Kluski (Noodles for Chicken Soup)
I am writing this recipe for Polish Kluski (Noodles for Chicken Soup) as a separate recipe, as the noodles can be used for other purposes. Actually I love the leftover noodles sautéed the following day with a little butter, onion, and tuna fish. MMMM good.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, create a well with the flour
* Step 2
In the well, place the beaten egg, the water and the salt.
* Step 3
Stir until all the liquid and flour are combine and the dough begins to come away from the side of the bowl. Add additional water in small increments if necessary.
* Step 4
Flour your hands and need the dough in the bowl about 5 minutes, adding flour sparingly if necessary.
* Step 5
All the dough to rest in the bowl for about 5 minutes, covered with a dishtowel.
* Step 6
Cut the dough unto 4 equal pieces.
* Step 7
Remove one piece and on a floured surface, roll out the dough fairly thinly. The thinner you can, the better.
* Step 8
Roll the dough up, then cut into 1/8 inch pieces. Unroll each piece and put into a lightly floured bowl. Repeat with the remaining 3 pieces.
* Step 9
Brink a large saucepan full of salted water to a boil. Dust off the noodles, and place in saucepan, being careful not to put too much into the pan so it doesn't boil over.
* Step 10
Let cook for a couple of minutes until the noodles start to float to the top.
* Step 11
Place in a colander, and rinse with cold water. Allow to drain for a few minutes.
* Step 12
If you are using this for chicken soup, the noodles can now be put into the soup pot.
