of medium size red onion
5 pieces
of garlic
5 pieces
of lemongrass
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook dry the ground spices using hot oil until the spices smell, then add all the chopped spices, add salt, stir-fry the seasoning until combined and the spices are slightly wilted
* Step 2
Add the chopped chicken into the spices
* Step 3
Add boiled water until cooked and the remaining half of the water then add chopped cassava leaves according to taste
* Step 4
Cook until the water dries up, betutu chicken is ready to be served
