Banana Bread

Stores for ~4 days at room temperature, or ~5 days in fridge. Can also be frozen to keep for longer

Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon

Baking Soda

Pinch

Salt

3/4 cup

Sugar

1

Egg

1 teaspoon

Vanilla Extract

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

BATTER - Mash ripe bananas in bowl with a fork - Stir in melted butter - Mix in baking soda and salt - Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract - Mix in flour

* Step 2

BAKE - Preheat oven to 350°F - Grease 4x8 loaf pan - Pour batter into loaf pan - Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until toothpick leaves clean

* Step 3

COOL - Let cool a few minutes in pan - Remove and cool on wire rack until cooled completely
