Crispy and sweet ikan bilis

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
This is what ikan bilis (dried anchovies) looks like before cooked.
* Step 2
Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat. Stir fry ikan bilis for about 5 minutes till crispy and browned but not burned.
* Step 3
Turn off the heat and remove frying pan from stove. This is to stop heat from building up. Sprinkle sugar over ikan bilis.
* Step 4
Turn on low heat. Stir fry the ikan bilis for 1 minute till evenly coated with sugar. Making sure sugar don't get burned.
* Step 5
Ready to serve as snack or with porridge.
