Bourbon Marinated Tenderloin over Brown Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sauce: mix and simmer for 30 mins. Add apricot and simmer for 10 mins. Strain and cool
* Step 2
Rice: set oven for 350. Mix and put in a casserole dish, cover and cook for an hour. Remove and quick sauté, set aside
* Step 3
Cut your tenderloin and combine with bourbon sauce. Marinate 4 hours, then fire on grill heating the rice-serve all at once
