Broccoli Cauliflower Cheese Casserole

Broccoli Cauliflower Cheese Casserole

Recipe made while watching Kim make it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Steam veggies until tender.

* Step 2

Sauté onion with garlic and 1 Tbsp olive oil until translucent then set aside in a bowl.

* Step 3

Wipe out hot pan in preparation for sauce. 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add cheddar cheese and let melt.

* Step 4

Add salt, pepper, xanthum gum, parmesan cheese, mustard and milk. Stir with whisk to form sauce. Add butter. Continuously whisk.

* Step 5

Put olive oil on bottom of 9”x13” Casserole pan. Mix veggies, chicken, onions and sauce and put in casserole pan. Put 1 cup Cheddar Cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese on top and bake for 1/2 hour until brown and bubbly.

* Step 6

Add or take away cheeses to taste.
