Chocolate Lava Cake in Air Fryer

Found recipe in Susie Dore's Air Fryer Cookbook

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sift together flour and baking powder and set aside.

* Step 2

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate over low heat and stir continuously. Slowly add milk to the mixture and blend well. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat, add butter and stir until fully melted and incorporated.

* Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the egg and sugar and beat together until a light and smooth consistency is reached.

* Step 4

Blend the egg and sugar mixture into the melted chocolate. Add in the flour and baking soda mixture, a little at a time, to avoid lumps. Mix the bater well.

* Step 5

Coat 3 ramekins with non-stick cooking spray. Divide the batter between the 3 ramekins. Place the ramekins into the cooking basket and slide into the Airfryer. Set to 400 degrees F and cook for 8 minutes.
