It is an egyptian food, with rice, pasta, lentils topped with deliscious sauce and fried onion.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil lentils to 3/4 cooked, leave remaining water and set aside.

* Step 2

Cut onion into strips, add some flour, mix well. Fry onion, add 1/8 tsp of coriander.. fry until golden brown. Remove from oil and let drain in kitchen tissue paper.

Cook rice. Put pre soaked rice, 2 to 3 cups of water in a pot, add salt and little oil on med heat. When water gone, add drained lentils, cover and cook on low heat. Move the rice once.

Cook pasta according to package.

* Step 5

For the sauce. Cut tomatoes. Put in blender to make juice. Saute garlic with little oil. Add tomato juice, cumin, corriander, black pepper, vinegar, tomato paste, chilli powder. Add 1 cup water. Salt. Simmer.
