Homemade air fryer spring rolls (see fried rice recipe for side dish with this)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook ground sausage in pan with a little olive oil. When brown, add bag of coleslaw, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and onions. Sauté until the coleslaw is tender.
* Step 2
Once the mixture is soft and all veggie are tender, set aside in a bowl and get your spring roll wrappers ready (according to package).
* Step 3
Scoop mixture into spring roll, roll, spray air fryer and then add the roll to the air fryer. Once you have a full air fryer, cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes (or quicker, check your air fryer, it might vary)….so this in batches until mixture is gone.
