Rice Salad with Mushrooms and Celery

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Carefully clean the mushrooms. Cut them into slice or pieces and collect them in a salad bowl
* Step 2
Season with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt
* Step 3
Add celery cut into strips (or whatever),add the crumbled hard-boiled egg.
* Step 4
In a bowl emulsify mustard lemon juice salt pepper and oil
* Step 5
In meantime boil rice in salted water,drain al dente and pass it under a jet of cold water. Drain it carefully and pour it into the salad bowl
* Step 6
Jumbled up,season with the sauce, mix gently cover and let it rest for ten minutes before serving
