Homemade Pizza
I have a pizza dough recipe that is my starting point, but you can use your favorite dough if you don’t care for mine. I (lightly) pre bake my crust. This keeps the center from being soggy.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add sauce and then 1 cup of cheese.
* Step 3
Add toppings of your choice and then the rest of the cheese.
* Step 4
Brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
* Step 5
Bake at 500°F for 6-10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
