Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. then brown them in a pan with oil and after about 5 minutes add a glass of water. Season with salt and cook until all the water has dried.

* Step 2

In the meantime, prepare the flour mixture by putting the chickpea flour in a bowl and gradually adding the water. Mix well, until you get a lump-free batter.

At this point in the recipe, add the salt and the rosemary needles and mix everything together.

As soon as the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the pan, allow to cool and add the flour to the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, then bake the chickpea and potato porridge and cook for about 25-30 minutes.
