Maldives prawn fry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate cleaned prawns with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and keep
* Step 2
Crush onion and keep. In a mixer add coriander leaves, cumin, green chilli, ginger, garlic, grind coarsely
* Step 3
Add with marinated prawns, add salt, corn flour, rice flour, coriander powder, kashmiri chilli powder, and lemon juice, combine well and keep for 30 min
* Step 4
Add oil in a pan, heat, now add masala prawns, stir in medium flame, for 10min, now add 1/2 cup water, stir, cover and simmer in low flame for 15min
* Step 5
Now, uncover, continue to cook, stir often in high flame, until the prawns roll in the pan, remove the pan, add curry leaves, cover and keep for 15min
* Step 6
Serve with plain rice and enjoy the delicious Maldives prawns fry
