Milk

1/4 cup

Sugar

3/4 cup

Milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the skin of the mango and cut it into pieces, grind as fine paste.

In a pan add milk,, when it boils, reduce the flame, add mango puree, and stir constantly for 5min.

Now add sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.

Now add milk powder and cardamom powder, stirring continuously in medium flame until the mixture roll in the pan.

Spread it on a greased plate, sprinkle chopped dry fruits,

When it reaches room temperature, cover it with cling film and keep it in the fridge for 40 to 45 min.

* Step 7

Serve chill as a dessert.
