Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean mutton, add turmeric powder and salt, pressure cook for 10min, after the 1st whistle
* Step 2
Drain and let it cool, boil potato and mash well
* Step 3
Cut onion into small squares, chop coriander leaves and keep
* Step 4
Grind meat, keep a pan add 2tbs oil, fry onion, chilli, and all the other ingredients, stir until get good aroma, add ground meat and cook for 10min with little stock
* Step 5
Add fried masala, mashed potato, 1/2 cup bread crumbs with ground meat, combine well
* Step 7
Roll it in flour, then beaten egg, and breadcrumbs and keep for 20min
* Step 8
Add oil in a pan, fry the cutlet by batch in medium flame until golden brown
