Drumstick leaves fry #toc2

It contains 7times more vitamin C than oranges, 15 times more potassium than bananas and help to protect cell damage and boost immune system

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Separate the leaves from the stem, wash and drain

* Step 2

Keep a pressure cooker, add oil, temper mustard seed, then cumin seed, now add onion, stir until colour changes

* Step 3

Add garlic and red chilli, stir until get good aroma

* Step 4

Add drumstick leaves, green chilli, turmeric powder, stir and simmer in medium flame for 10 min

* Step 5

Now add soaked gram dal, stir and add 2 cups of water and close the lid

After the 1st whistle, reduce flame and cook 20min

* Step 7

Once steam out completely, open and stir until water evaporates, now add salt and coconut stir for 5 min
