Mutton liver fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut and wash the liver 2times plain water,

* Step 2

Rub with turmeric powder for few min and then wash 3rd time

* Step 3

Add salt and keep for 1hour

* Step 4

Keep a pressure cooker, add oil and fry onion, curry leaves until golden brown.

* Step 5

Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, fennel powder, cumin power, chilli powder, saute till the aroma comes

* Step 6

Add liver, fry for 5min, add 1/2 cup water cover with lid.

* Step 7

After the 1st whistle, reduce flame and simmer for 15min

* Step 8

Once steam out, open, and add vinegar and stir in medium flame for 5min

* Step 9

Serve with ghee rice, roti etc.,
