Pork tawa chops
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash chops and marinate with turmeric powder, chilli powder cumin powder, pepper, salt, soya sauce, honey, sugar, lime juice and keep overnight
* Step 2
Take the chops, add in a pressure cooker, add half portion marinated stock and keep the remaining stock
* Step 3
After the 1st whistle, cook 15 min in low flame
* Step 4
Once the steam out completely, take out the chops, let the sauce in the cooker. keep a pan, add olive oil and fry the chops in medium flame, both sides until well done
* Step 5
Same time add the remaining stock in cooker and let it simmer until get thick sauce
* Step 6
Spread the sauce on the fried chops and serve with bread
