Dynamite prawns
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate prawns with turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and keep for 30min
* Step 2
Add whisked egg in a large bowl, add soya sauce, blend well
* Step 3
Spread cornflour and salt in a plate and keep
* Step 4
Drain the prawns and add with egg mixture, combine throughly
* Step 5
Take the prawns one by one and roll in cornflour (it should be coat well) and arrange in a plate
* Step 6
Heat oil in a pan and fry prawn by batch (few at a time) and fry each side 3min and drain on a paper towel
* Step 7
Toss the fried prawns with sauce and serve the dynamite prawns in cocktail glass garnish with lettuce
