Spicy chicken strips
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut chicken into thin strips, marinate with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice, ginger garlic paste chilliflakes and keep for 30 min
* Step 2
Group :1 Mix maida, corn flour, salt, pepper and keep
* Step 3
Group : 2 Beat egg and mix with milk
* Step 4
Take chicken strips, dip in group 2, and roll in group 1 and keep
* Step 5
The same way do three to four times
* Step 6
Then fry the coated pieces in medium low flame until golden brown
* Step 7
Serve with sweet chilli sauce
