Dry apricot chutney

It contains vitamins E A & C. Apricots are very good for skin eyes and immune system. #Immunity

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash apricot, sock it in 3 cups of warm water for 2hours

* Step 2

Boil with pinch of salt, cinnamon, clove, chilli pieces in medium flame until apricot become soft

* Step 3

Now add sugar, ghee, cardamom powder and let it cook in low flame until get thick consistency

* Step 4

Once cool, store it in a air tight jar, and you can keep in room temperature for 1week, in fridge we can keep for a month

* Step 5

Serve with daily lunch and chappathi, as pickle, And increase your immunity
