Ingredient

1 cup

Almond

2 tbs

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil almond for 20 min

* Step 2

Peel the skin and add milk, grind it as paste

* Step 3

In a deep pan melt butter and let it be in fire in low flame. (It should be hot)

* Step 4

Take another deep pan, put almond paste and sugar, cook in medium flame,

* Step 5

Once the sugar starts melt, stir continuously, add hot butter little by little and keep stir

* Step 6

Add cardamon powder, rose water stir until the mixture comes like chappathi dough

* Step 7

Remove from fire spread it on a greased plate, cut into desire shape

* Step 8

Serve along with desert
