Tuna ball fry

The fish is a powerhouse of essential nutrients such as omega-3

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash tuna pieces and boil with 1 cup of water, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt until water fully evaporates

* Step 2

When slightly cool mash the pieces and keep

* Step 3

In a pan add 2tbs oil, add onion, chopped chilli, ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, coriander leaves, pepper, cumin powder, fennel powder, salt and saute for 5min

* Step 4

Add with, tuna and combine everything. Make balls and keep

* Step 5

Mix cornflour with 10tbs of water. Keep bread crumbs in a plate separately

* Step 6

Dip the balls in cornflour mix and roll it in breadcrumbs

* Step 7

Keep a deep pan. Add oil and fry the balls by batch (3 to 4) at a time in medium flame until golden brown

* Step 8

Serve the balls with cheeseychup
