Rice boiled in Chicken Broth w/egg

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil rice in chicken stock, be sure there is enough chicken broth to cover rice by at least 2 inches.
* Step 2
Add water, by one cup at a time, if needed for the boil. Stir often as to prevent scorching. Boil several minutes til al dente, then Reduce heat to simmer. Cover.
* Step 3
Cook til rice is near done, Crack an egg and add to pan. Discard eggshell. I also added Onion Powder to my boil. Stir and cook til egg is done.
