Fresh chilli beef

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash beef, add marinade with turmeric powder and salt, fennel powder, coriander powder. Keep for 30 mins.

* Step 2

Keep pressure pan on gas, add oil, fry onion and whole garam masala, until brown, then add marinated beef, ginger garlic paste, and fry for 10 mins, now add chilli, and coriander leaves, and fry another 10 mins, then add just 1/4 cup water, cover. After the first whistle, reduce flame and cook for 20 to 25 min. After steam escapes completely, add tamarind paste and coconut paste, you can add warm water according to your desired consistency. Your chilli beef is ready to serve
