Whole Wheat Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Frosting
I have had a hard time finding recipes which use 100% whole wheat flour. I have switched all my flour to whole wheat flour and it has become my all-purpose flour. You will be amazed by the many recipes you can use 100% whole wheat flour and they turn out amazing! Try this one and let me know if you have any suggestions. I am always ready to learn.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
* Step 2
Mix: butter with sugar. Add one egg at a time. Add heavy cream, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and all combined
* Step 3
Add butter and egg mixture to the flour mixture. Mix until all combined and not over mix.
* Step 4
Prepare an 8 inch pan. Add batter. Bake at 350 f for 30 to 45 mins, depending on your oven temp.
* Step 6
Mix all ingredients on high speed. Until smooth. Use when cake has cooled down.
