Cranberries are a great source of vitamin see but are always made with a lot of sugar because of their sour taste. Here I tried using honey plus a few other ingredients that make the sauce interesting and very tasty.

* Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan and cook on low fire until cranberries pop. No water is required.
* Step 2
Chill and serve! Here I decorated with toasted coconut chips.
