Maya’s Friday Chicken - Honey & Lemon Aromatic Chicken
This recipe comes from a Friday night family dinner dinner I was invited to at a friend’s house. In Jewish tradition, Friday’s Shabbat dinner marks the beginning of the holy day of rest, and it is often observed in non-religious homes as one meal each week when whole family gathers and spends time together. Chicken is usually served on Shabbat , and this recipe is a modern variation on a traditional recipe. The dish is great for leftovers too - just add a bit of water and heat up on the stove.
