Daliya and Sattu Patties

Daliya and Sattu patties are very healthy, delicious,high in fiber and iron,which gaves magically whole day energy to loving kids.

Ingredient

1 tsp

suji

1/4 tsp

cumin powder

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large mixing bowl,add all ingredients and mix well.

* Step 2

Keep this bowl un fridge at least 30 min to enhance the flavour.

* Step 3

Keep out the mixture from fridge after 30 min and make round shape of patties from all the mixture.

* Step 4

Now heat the oil in nonstick pan,place this patties in medium hot pan and cook one side completely,when one side cook flip it and rest for cook other side till crispy and brown in colour.

* Step 5

Now a complete healthy and nutritious patties for juniors is ready to serve,serve this healthy patties hot with khajoor and tamarind sweet and sour chutney and with grated salad.
