Tofu burger
To commemorate the 100th recipe, I'm inspired to create this new recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the shallots finely.
* Step 2
Peel and grate the cucumber.
* Step 3
Prepare a bowl with chilli bean sauce, peanut butter, turmeric powder, sugar, cumin powder, garlic powder.
* Step 4
Slice the firm tofu into 2 halves horizontally.
* Step 5
Heat up 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in the frying pan with low-medium heat. Saute the shallots first until you see it bubbling but not browned.
* Step 6
Add in the chilli bean sauce, peanut butter, turmeric powder, sugar, cumin powder, garlic powder. Saute until you see it bubbling. Remove from the pan and leave aside.
* Step 7
Heat up enough cooking oil in a clean frying pan with medium-high heat. Fry each piece of tofu until browned. Place them on paper towel to soak up excess oil and steam moisture.
* Step 8
Spread some of the special sauce on a piece of fried tofu. Add grated cucumber. Sprinkle some black sesame and black pepper. Cover with another piece of fried tofu on top.
