I bet that after trying these you will stop craving store bought candies

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Turn almonds into almond meal. Store bought can be used. I make my own. Either coffee grinder or cheese shredder can be used. I use my little Soyabella machine.

* Step 2

Set aside like a tablespoon of almond meal

* Step 3

Dump almond meal into a mixing bowl. Add honey. Just enough to form a dough. Mix well

* Step 4

Wet your hands, form 3/4" balls.

* Step 5

Roll candies in saved almond meal. Let sit in the fridge for 20 mins or eat as is.

* Step 6

Any kind of nuts can be used. Do not put too much honey. Do not eat more than two at a time, they ore calorie rich.

* Step 7

Optional step: These candies are perfect with just honey and nuts. Other ingredients are optional. But i believe that there is no need in trying to make something good better
