Ingredient

2 1/3 cup

flour

1 1/4 cup

sugar

1 1/2 tsp

baking powder

3/4 tsp

baking soda

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

nutmeg

1/4 tsp

cinnamon

1 1/4 cup

buttermilk

1/2 cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

* Step 2

Place muffin liners in muffin pan or spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.

* Step 3

In large bowl, mix dry ingredients.

* Step 4

In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, and oil. Fold in blueberries.

* Step 5

Pour wet ingredients into dry all at once. Mix gently. Batter will be thin.

* Step 6

Bake 18 - 23 minutes.

* Step 7

If using turbinado sugar, sprinkle it on the muffins during the last 5 minutes of baking.
