Ingredient

curd

2 tbsp

gram flour

as per taste

Salt

2 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop chillies. Take curd in bowl. Add gram flour to it.mix well

Heat deep pan. Add oil to it. Once hot, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, Mix well

* Step 3

Cover it with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes. Now add peanut powder, add salt. Cook well.

* Step 4

Now add curd mix to it. Mix well. Add salt and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat. Add little water. Cook well and serve hot with rice,roti, and bhakri. Anything. You can use it for 3,4 days with refrigeration.
