Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil 8 cups of water and add 2 teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt.
Once the water starts boiling, add pasta.
* Step 2
Boil pasta for 8 to 9 minutes. Check and strain on the strainer. Pour cold water and keep aside.
Make pasta dry.
* Step 3
Now add maida and corn flour.mix well. Heat oil in a deep pan. Once it becomes hot, deep fry the pasta till it becomes crispy.
* Step 4
Now add chili powder, chat masala, amchur powder, and salt mix well and serve. Keep it in an air-tight container. Shelf life is 8 to 10 days.
