Leftover rice and cabbage balls

My all time favourite recipe which can be made with home ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl take grated cabbage, leftover rice, boiled potato.chopped coriander
* Step 2
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, amchur powder,salt, corn flour,besan. Mix well
* Step 3
Make soft dough. Now heat aape Patra. Put oil in cavities. Divide dough in small sized portions. Put balls in cavities.
* Step 4
Cook till it becomes crispy from all sides. Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato sauce.
