* Step 1
In a deep pan add oil. Once hot add garlic and green chili. add finely chopped onion and saute. till brown.
* Step 2
Add tomato paste. and saute on low flame. Take one bowl, and add curd, garam masala, red chili powder, and turmeric powder.mix well. add salt and kasoori methi.
* Step 4
Chop potatoes. In a frying pan add oil, and add sliced onion and capsicum. maintain its crunch.
* Step 5
Now add potatoes to the gravy.mix well. cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot with soft Paratha.
