Masala Paratha and aloo sabzi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In Bowl take both the flours. Add carom seeds,salt and oil. Knead semi soft dough and rest for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Now in small bowl add oil,red chilli powder,pav bhaji masala,kasoori methi,salt,carom seeds.mix well keep aside.
* Step 3
Divide Paratha dough in small sized balls
Roll the dough. Spread this masala mixture on paratha. Again roll it and make Paratha.
* Step 4
Heat tawa spread oil it now put Paratha on it and cook till golden from both the sides.
* Step 6
Chop potatoes, green chillies. Heat deep pan and oil to it.once hot add mustard seeds and Fenugreek seeds. Add curry leaves,green chillies. Mix well. Now add sliced onion.
* Step 7
Saute till transculent. Add grated ginger, turmeric powder to it add chopped potatoes. Mix well add salt to it.cook for 5 minutes. Sabzi us ready.
