Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash samai (authentically no need to wadh but some times it has some impurities) strain it.keep aside
* Step 2
Now heat pan, add ghee.once hot roast all dry fruits and grated coconut.
* Step 3
In same pan add 2 tbspoon ghee.once hot add samai. Roast till golden brown. Add 1 cup water.cook samai properly.
* Step 4
Add Jaggery to it. Mix well once it melts add cardamom powder,dry fruits.mix well.lastly add milk to it cook well and serve.
* Step 5
Many people add milk directly to samai but I avoided that because sometimes milk gets curdle because of Jaggery.so I cooked samai with water and Jaggery and then added milk. No change in taste.
