Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak dal for 15 Minutes. Wash rice and keep aside.
* Step 2
Chop onion,tomato, cauliflower,garlic cloves, green chillies. Heat deep pan,add oil. Once hot add mustard seeds.add chopped green chillies, garlic cloves. Saute
* Step 3
Add chopped onion saute. Add tomato, cauliflower.mix well, add asfoetida,turmeric powder.add soaked dals and peanuts.
* Step 4
Add washed rice. Add salt.mix well add required water. Cook for 15 to 20 mins. On medium flame. Serve hot putting dollop of butter and buttermilk and salad. For crunch pakad also.
