Upma is all time favorite breakfast in my family. It is fulfilling and healthy.
Ingredient
Food ration :
serves 4 servin
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In thick bottom pan, dry roast semolina.keep aside.
* Step 2
Now in another pan add ghee. Once hot add cumin seeds, green chillies.saute add onion saute till transculent.add all vegetables gradually.
* Step 3
Now add hot boiling water,add salt,sugar,lemon juice. Cahwes.add semolina with continuous stirring. Cover it with lid cook for 7 to 9 minutes.
* Step 4
Serve hot garnishing with chopped coriander and sev.enjoy your day.
