Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice onion and cucumber. take one bowl add vinegar add onion sliced and salt. keep aside
* Step 2
Now deseed and chop tomato.chop spring onions.crush roasted peanuts.
* Step 3
Now in small bowl add olive oil and sesame oil.add tamarind paste,palm sugar. with the help of mortar mince garlic and red chilli.add to dressing Bowl.mix well. Detssing is ready.
* Step 4
In bowl take veggies add roasted peanuts,spring onions and dressing.mix well and serve. Enjoy.
