Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 4 servin

Cooking time :

45 minutes
1.5 cup

sugar

1.5 cup

water

1 cup

semolina

2 cups

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In pan take sugar and water cook till it dissolves completely.add cardamom powder.syrup is ready.

* Step 2

In mixer jar blend semolina.in pan add milk.when it will start boiling.add semolina with continues stirring.switch of the flame.cover it with lid.keep for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Now take it in plate.slowly slowly Knead it till you get soft dough.Make small gulabjamuns. Heat ghee on medium to hot flame.slowly. Fry gulabjamuns on golden colour.prick it with pin.

* Step 4

Put all gulabjamuns in sugar syrup.rest for hour and serve.
