* Step 1
Boil milk on medium flame.dilute lemon juice with 1 tspoon water.mix with milk.
* Step 2
Once it is curdled,strain it.wash chena with fresh water.now take it in plate.Knead it properly till it becomes soft and can hold the shape.make small balls
* Step 3
In pan add sugar and water,cook on medium flame.add cardamom powder and saffron strands.once starts boiling put balls in it.cook until it float on sugar syrup.chill it and serve.
