Bottel gourd bhaji

#boxweek18 #bottelgourd From tomorrow maharashtrian Shravan is going to start.so it's my family tradition that today we prepare all types of bhajis and spicy food as tomorrow onwards we avoid onion and garlic for 1 month.

Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 2 servin

bottel gourd

1 tsp

salt

2 tbsp

semolina

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make very thin slices of bottel gourd.take 2 cups water,add carom seeds extract and salt. Put bottel gourd slices in it.(Carom seeds extract we do keep at home as it has medicinal property)

Heat deep pan add oil to it.in big bowl add gram flour, semolina,salt,turmeric powder,carom seeds,red chilli powder.mix well add water to make batter.put 2 tbspoon hot oil to batter.mix well.dip slices in batter.deep fry till golden colour appears.serve hot with sauce and green chilli
