This is my mother's recipe which she used to make for us in school days. It is power packed whole meal we used to eat on friday as it was hectic day for us.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast all flours one by one for 5 minutes. keep aside. chop all veggies.
* Step 2
In a big bowl put all flours, add all veggies.put red chilli powder, salt, carom seeds, white sesame seeds.put water and knead soft dough. rest for 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Now take a plastic sheet. divide the dough into small balls. with the hands roll thalipith. Heat pan adds oil put thalipith and cook from both sides.
* Step 4
Serve hot with malai dahi, green chilli pickle, sweet mango pickle.put a dollop of Amul butter and enjoy... Tastes yummy.very healthy recipe.
