Healthy moong salad

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak moong overnight. Tie them tightly in muslin cloth.allow the sprouts to come out.
* Step 2
Boil water and put moong in it for 5 min. Remove all water in strainer. Grate carrot, fine chop onion and potato.
* Step 3
In big bowl add moong, carrot,onion,potato and all dry ingredients.put lemon juice mix well add one tspoon roasted sesame seeds in it. Serve by garnishing with grated coconut and sesame seeds.
* Step 4
It is very good for weight loss, it is a complete meal.great option for lunch.do try this
