Aloo paratha is my all time favorite dish.I tried Jibita maam's recipe and it turned out great. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In bowl add salt,carom seeds, add wheat flour. Put water gradually and make soft dough.put oil and keep aside.
* Step 2
Grate boiled potatoes, in tadaka pan add some oil once hot add ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste,fry till rawness goes off. Now add turmeric powder. Switch off the heat and pour mixture on grated potatoes, add salt add lemon juice,chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves.mix well.
* Step 3
Now Divide wheat dough into small portions. Take one ball,roll small chapati put potato stuffing. Close neatly and roll out paratha.on pan put paratha roast it well from both sides. Spread Amul butter on paratha.
* Step 4
Chop cucumbers, add grated coconut, chopped green chillies, salt,sugar,roasted peanut, lemon juice.mix well zatpat raita ready.serve with hot aloo paratha.
