Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take all-purpose flour in bowl,add salt,carom seeds two tbspoon oil.mix well and make semi soft dough.
* Step 2
Mashed potatoes,add ginger garlic paste,green chillies paste,garam masala,salt.mix well stuffing is ready.I didn't get green peas.you can add peas also.
* Step 3
Take dough, divide it into small balls.roll out medium thin roti place, stuffing. cover the stuffing.now remaining part of roti make thin cuts.
* Step 4
Do not cut fully leave some place from another side.now again place the cut roti on stuffing. slowly roll samosa in round shape.
* Step 5
Heat oil in deep pan, once hot put samosas in hot oil.fry till golden brown on medium heat. serve hot with sauce chutney, anything.
