Rasmalai cake

#Asahikaseiindia #baking It's today's my very special and favourite recipe.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend malai sugar and milk powder to smooth batter.

* Step 2

Sift all dry ingredients.now take out malai mixture in big bowl.now gradually add dry ingredients.add rasmalai essence.

* Step 3

If needed add 1/2 cup milk.now grease mould and put liner or butter paper.

* Step 4

Pour mixture in mould and put it in preheated OTG on 180 degrees.bake cake for 35 to 40 minutes.allow it to cool down.

* Step 5

Divide it in three layers.crush some rasmalai in small pieces.now moist every cake layer by rasmalai milk.spread rasmalai crush.

* Step 6

Whip cream till stiff peaks.spread it on every layer.refrigrate for 30 minutes.now add light yellow colour to whip cream. do final coating to cake.

* Step 7

Now put rasmalai piece on top make flower petal around it.complete cake decoration.spread sugar decorative items and rose petals.again refrigerate for 30 minutes.

* Step 8

Serve chilled.its yummy
